It's a big purchase, but Andrey and his team were patient as we went back and forth with them several times asking questions and looking at samples before we made any commitments. They have a great showroom and he was very thorough in giving us the different options available. We ordered windows and doors, and love the quality and look of their products. Andrey really has gone above and beyond and has been so helpful through all the supply chain issues during the pandemic (which is totally out of their control - so order early!), delivery, and installation. He is honest and hardworking, and really has treated us so warmly. His prices are more than fair and he brought a whole team to help with the delivery! Highly recommend ARKA if you want someone who truly cares about their products and customers and has gorgeous looking windows and doors!

It took 6 months from order to final installation due to mostly shipment/logistics challenges from Europe. Just had to be patient with ARKA to have the installation done properly and professionally. From planning, to engineering, to all facets of tear down and new construction, ARKA did a phenomenal job every step of the way. The finished results were stunning and beautiful. Gorgeous European look and highest grade material quality, not to mention ARKA gave us the ability to customize many detail features. We couldn't be happier with the outcome from start to finish.
